- business description;
- services;
- prices, if needed;
- photos;

The client confirms that all materials submitted to CrownCedar Studio are accurate, lawful, and authorized for use.
The client is responsible for making sure they have the legal right to use all logos, names, images, videos, text, trademarks, brand assets, testimonials, reviews, medical claims, financial claims, product claims, and business information provided to us.
CrownCedar Studio is not responsible for legal claims, copyright claims, trademark claims, privacy claims, false advertising claims, or regulatory issues caused by materials, instructions, claims, or information supplied by the client.
1.5 Accuracy of Client Information#
The client is responsible for reviewing the website before approval and deployment.
This includes checking:
- spelling;
- phone numbers;
- WhatsApp links;
- email addresses;
- prices;
- service descriptions;
- business claims;
- opening hours;
- location;
- maps;
- images;

- industry-specific disclaimers.
CrownCedar Studio is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information supplied, approved, or not corrected by the client.
1.6 Delivery Time#
CrownCedar Studio may advertise a first version or first draft within 48 hours.
This means the first working version, first draft, or first design version of the website may be delivered within 48 hours after all of the following are completed:
- the client confirms the project;
- the required deposit is received;
- the client provides all required materials;
- the project scope is clear;
- no unusual technical requirement, third-party delay, or missing material blocks the work.
The 48-hour delivery promise applies to the first version only. It does not guarantee the final version, full launch, deployment, final approval, final edits, hosting setup, domain setup, or third-party connection within 48 hours.
If the client delays sending content, images, feedback, approvals, access, payments, or required information, all timelines are extended automatically.
1.7 Revisions#
Revision limits depend on the selected package:
- Basic Package: 3 revision rounds.
- Standard Package: 5 revision rounds.
- Premium Package: 7 revision rounds.
A revision round means one collected batch of reasonable edits sent by the client at one time.
Examples of reasonable revisions include:
- changing text;
- replacing images;
- adjusting spacing;
- changing a section order;
- editing colors within the agreed style;
- fixing client-requested content;
- minor layout adjustments.
A revision does not include:
- a full redesign;
- a new website concept;
- adding new pages;
- changing the full business direction;
- adding advanced features;
- rewriting the whole website;
- replacing all content after approval;
- changing the package scope;
- adding services not previously agreed.
Additional revision rounds may be available for an extra fee.
Unused revisions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for discounts, refunds, extra services, or future work unless agreed in writing.
1.8 Project Approval#
A project may be considered approved when the client:
- confirms approval in writing;
- asks us to deploy the website;
- asks us to prepare final delivery;
- confirms that the website is acceptable;
- uses the website publicly;
- shares the website publicly;
- requests final launch after reviewing the project.
Once the client approves the project or requests deployment, further changes may be treated as additional paid work unless unused revision rounds remain.
1.9 Client Delays and Paused Projects#
If the client does not reply, send required information, provide feedback, or complete payment, the project may be paused.
If a client does not respond for 14 calendar days, CrownCedar Studio may pause the project and remove it from active scheduling.
If the client returns later, continuation depends on availability. Additional fees may apply if the delay causes extra work, outdated materials, hosting/domain changes, or a restart of the project.
Deposits and payments already made remain subject to the Refund Policy.
1.10 Prices, Deposits, and Payments#
For projects below USD 1,000, the standard deposit is USD 100 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For projects of USD 1,000 or more, the standard deposit is 50% of the total project price unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Work begins only after the deposit is received and the project is confirmed.
Deposits are non-refundable once work begins, unless CrownCedar Studio decides otherwise in writing or unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
Final payment is required after the website is completed according to the agreed scope, or as close as reasonably possible based on the client’s remaining revision rights, and before deployment, transfer, launch, publication, or handover.
CrownCedar Studio may refuse to deploy, transfer, publish, deliver files, provide access, or continue work until all due payments are received.
1.11 Deployment#
Deployment means putting the website live online, connecting it to hosting, connecting it to a domain, uploading files, or otherwise making the website publicly accessible.
Unless agreed otherwise, final payment must be made before deployment.
The client is responsible for paying domain, hosting, email, and third-party platform costs. CrownCedar Studio may guide the client on what to buy, but the client remains responsible for purchasing, renewing, and maintaining those services.
If we assist with deployment, we are not responsible for third-party downtime, hosting errors, domain expiration, DNS delays, platform restrictions, email issues, account bans, or third-party technical failures.
1.12 Domain, Hosting, and Third-Party Services#
The client pays for and owns their domain and hosting unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party services may include platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, GitHub, Vercel, Netlify, analytics tools, email providers, booking tools, payment providers, plugins, fonts, stock media, or other software.
Third-party services are controlled by their own providers and are subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, policies, restrictions, and technical limits.
CrownCedar Studio is not responsible for third-party changes, outages, price increases, account problems, policy violations, suspensions, or data loss caused by third-party providers.
1.13 No Guaranteed Results#
CrownCedar Studio works to create clean, professional, mobile-friendly, and business-focused websites.
However, we do not guarantee:
- Google ranking;
- first-page SEO results;
- AI search visibility;
- traffic;
- leads;
- sales;
- bookings;

- conversion rate;
- business growth;
- customer trust;
- advertising results;
- social media growth;
- viral reach;
- exact performance outcomes.
Any examples, demos, case studies, portfolio items, or estimated results are for illustration only and are not guarantees.
1.14 SEO and Marketing#
Unless a written agreement specifically includes SEO or marketing services, any SEO-related work is limited to basic website structure, headings, page titles, descriptions, clean organization, and reasonable best-effort improvements.
Search engines, AI tools, social media platforms, and advertising platforms control their own algorithms and results. CrownCedar Studio cannot control or guarantee how a website will rank, appear, or perform.
1.15 Portfolio Rights#
After deployment or public launch, CrownCedar Studio may display the completed website, screenshots, project name, business category, link, and short project description in our portfolio, website, social media, marketing materials, proposals, or client examples.
If the client does not want their website shown in our portfolio, they must request this in writing. Once received, CrownCedar Studio will make reasonable efforts to remove or avoid portfolio use going forward.
This does not apply to demo websites, which are covered by the Demo Disclaimer.
1.16 Intellectual Property#
Until full payment is received, all designs, drafts, layouts, code, files, concepts, source files, written structure, and work created by CrownCedar Studio remain the property of CrownCedar Studio.
After full payment is received, the client receives ownership or usage rights to the final website deliverables created specifically for the client, subject to these Terms and any third-party licenses.
CrownCedar Studio retains ownership of:
- reusable code;
- templates;
- frameworks;
- design systems;
- methods;
- workflow;
- general know-how;
- non-client-specific components;
- pre-existing materials;
- internal tools;
- concepts not paid for;
- rejected drafts;
- unused designs.
The client may not resell, redistribute, copy, or claim ownership of CrownCedar Studio’s reusable templates, systems, or internal methods as standalone products unless agreed in writing.
1.17 Copyright and Trademark Responsibility#
The client confirms that they own or have permission to use all content provided to CrownCedar Studio.
This includes:
- logos;
- brand names;
- trade names;
- photos;
- videos;
- written text;
- testimonials;
- reviews;

- music;
- icons;
- fonts;
- graphics;

The client agrees to protect CrownCedar Studio from claims, damages, costs, legal fees, or disputes caused by materials or instructions supplied by the client.
If any third party claims that client-provided content violates their rights, the client is responsible for resolving the issue.
1.18 Legal and Regulated Industries#
Some industries may require special legal wording, licenses, disclaimers, approvals, or restrictions. These may include medical clinics, dental clinics, pharmacies, financial services, investment services, insurance, real estate, food products, supplements, education, legal services, and other regulated sectors.
The client is responsible for ensuring their website content complies with the laws and regulations applying to their business.
CrownCedar Studio does not provide legal, medical, financial, regulatory, or compliance advice.
1.19 Prohibited Content#
CrownCedar Studio may refuse, pause, or cancel work involving:
- illegal activity;
- fraud;

- impersonation;
- stolen content;
- misleading claims;
- hate content;
- harassment;
- fake testimonials presented as real;
- false business information;
- copyright infringement;
- trademark infringement;
- adult content;
- malware;
- phishing;
- deceptive advertising;
- dangerous products or services;
- any content that may expose us to legal, reputational, or technical risk.
1.20 Communication and Electronic Agreement#
Project communication may happen through WhatsApp, email, phone, website forms, social media, or other written channels.
Written approval through WhatsApp, email, or another electronic message may be treated as confirmation, acceptance, approval, or agreement.
The client agrees that electronic messages, screenshots, payment confirmations, approvals, and written communications may be used to confirm the project terms, scope, pricing, approvals, and delivery.
1.21 Limitation of Liability#
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, CrownCedar Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of customers, loss of data, business interruption, reputational damage, advertising loss, SEO loss, or third-party platform issues.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, CrownCedar Studio’s total liability for any project is limited to the amount actually paid by the client to CrownCedar Studio for that specific project.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
1.22 Indemnification#
The client agrees to indemnify and hold CrownCedar Studio harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, fees, legal costs, or disputes arising from:
- client-provided content;
- client instructions;
- false or misleading client claims;
- copyright infringement;
- trademark infringement;
- privacy violations;
- illegal business activity;
- regulatory violations;
- use of the website after delivery;
- changes made by the client or third parties after delivery;
- third-party platforms, hosting, or domain issues.
1.23 Cancellation#
The client may cancel a project by written notice.
If cancellation happens after work has started, deposits and payments already made are non-refundable unless CrownCedar Studio decides otherwise in writing or mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
If work completed exceeds the amount already paid, CrownCedar Studio may invoice the client for the completed work.
CrownCedar Studio may cancel or refuse a project if the client violates these Terms, does not pay, provides unlawful material, behaves abusively, delays excessively, changes the scope repeatedly, or creates legal/reputational risk.
1.24 Governing Law#
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
Any dispute shall be handled before the competent Lebanese courts, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
1.25 Updates to These Terms#
CrownCedar Studio may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
For already confirmed projects, the agreed project terms at the time of confirmation will generally apply unless both parties agree to updated terms.

3. Refund Policy#
3.1 Introduction#
This Refund Policy explains how deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds work for CrownCedar Studio projects.
By paying a deposit, approving a project, or submitting project materials, the client agrees to this Refund Policy.
Nothing in this Refund Policy removes rights that cannot legally be removed under applicable law.
3.2 Deposits#
For projects below USD 1,000, the standard deposit is USD 100 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For projects of USD 1,000 or more, the standard deposit is 50% of the total project price unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits reserve project time, planning, creative work, communication, scheduling, and design/development resources.
3.3 Non-Refundable Deposits#
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, unless CrownCedar Studio decides otherwise in writing or mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
Work may be considered started when any of the following happens:
- project planning begins;
- design work begins;
- development work begins;
- a draft is created;
- a file is prepared;
- content is reviewed;
- a layout is prepared;
- a demo is customized;
- project time is reserved;
- communication, consultation, or strategy work is provided;
- client materials are received and reviewed.
3.4 Custom Work#
Websites are custom digital services made according to the client’s business, brand, content, instructions, and specifications.
Because custom work requires time and cannot be returned like a physical product, refunds are limited once work begins.
3.5 First Version Delivery#
If CrownCedar Studio promises a first version within 48 hours, this applies only after:
- deposit is paid;
- project scope is confirmed;
- client provides required materials;
- content is sufficient;
- no third-party issue blocks the work.
The 48-hour timeline applies to the first version, not the final website or deployment.
A delay caused by missing client materials, unclear instructions, late replies, delayed payments, third-party platforms, hosting/domain issues, or client changes does not create a refund right.
3.6 Final Payment#
Final payment is required after the website is completed according to the agreed scope, or as close as reasonably possible based on the client’s remaining revisions, and before deployment, publication, transfer, or final handover.
CrownCedar Studio may refuse deployment or handover until final payment is received.
3.7 When Refunds May Be Considered#
A refund may be considered only if:
- CrownCedar Studio cancels the project before any work begins;
- CrownCedar Studio is unable to start or deliver the agreed service for reasons fully under our control;
- both parties agree in writing to a refund;
- mandatory applicable law requires a refund.
Refunds are not automatic.
3.8 No Refunds for Change of Mind#
Refunds are not provided because the client:
- changed their mind;
- no longer wants a website;
- found another designer;
- delayed sending materials;
- changed business direction;
- failed to reply;
- rejected work that matches the agreed scope;
- expected services not included in the package;
- used all included revisions;
- wants unlimited changes;
- asks for a full redesign after work started;
- expected guaranteed sales, leads, SEO ranking, or business results.
3.9 Revisions Before Refunds#
If the client is unhappy with the first version, the client must use the included revision rounds before requesting any solution.
Revision limits are:
- Basic Package: 3 revision rounds.
- Standard Package: 5 revision rounds.
- Premium Package: 7 revision rounds.
A refund request does not replace the revision process.
3.10 Third-Party Costs#
Third-party costs are non-refundable by CrownCedar Studio.
These include:
- domain names;
- hosting;
- email services;
- paid plugins;
- stock assets;
- fonts;
- software subscriptions;
- payment processor fees;
- platform fees;
- advertising fees;
- third-party setup costs.
If a third-party provider has its own refund policy, the client must deal with that provider directly unless otherwise agreed.
3.11 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes#
If the client has a concern, the client must contact CrownCedar Studio first so we can try to resolve it.
If a client opens a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving work, CrownCedar Studio may submit project communications, approvals, files, drafts, screenshots, and delivery evidence to the payment provider or relevant authority.
3.12 Cancellation by CrownCedar Studio#
CrownCedar Studio may cancel a project if the client:
- does not pay;
- sends unlawful materials;
- requests illegal or misleading content;
- abuses communication;
- repeatedly changes the scope;
- does not respond for a long period;
- causes legal, reputational, or technical risk;
- violates the Terms & Conditions.
If cancellation happens after work begins, deposits and paid amounts may be retained for work already performed.
3.13 Contact for Refund Questions#

The client is fully responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, and permissions of all provided content.
4.2 No Stolen or Unauthorized Materials#
The client must not submit stolen, copied, unlicensed, or unauthorized materials.
If the client submits content taken from Google, Instagram, competitors, photographers, designers, stock websites, AI tools, customers, employees, or third parties, the client must make sure they have permission to use it.
CrownCedar Studio is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues caused by client-provided materials.

This includes:
- website designs;

- files;
- source files;
- written structure;
- visual concepts;

- mockups;
- rejected versions;
- unused versions;
- demos;
- templates;
- strategies.
The client may not copy, use, publish, transfer, modify, recreate, or give the unpaid work to another person or developer.
4.5 Ownership After Full Payment#
After full payment is received, the client receives ownership or usage rights to the final website deliverables created specifically for the client, subject to:
- third-party licenses;
- hosting or platform terms;
- stock media licenses;
- font licenses;
- plugin licenses;
- reusable CrownCedar Studio components;
- these Terms.
4.6 CrownCedar Studio Retained Rights#
CrownCedar Studio keeps ownership of:
- reusable templates;
- reusable code;
- design systems;
- internal tools;
- frameworks;
- methods;
- know-how;

- non-client-specific materials;
- concepts not selected or paid for.
The client receives the final project, not ownership of CrownCedar Studio’s entire system, business method, or reusable assets.
4.7 Third-Party Assets#
Some websites may use third-party assets such as fonts, icons, libraries, plugins, stock images, hosting platforms, maps, analytics tools, or open-source code.
These assets remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
The client may need to pay for certain licenses or subscriptions if required.
4.8 Indemnity for IP Claims#
If any person or business makes a claim against CrownCedar Studio because of content, instructions, materials, trademarks, images, text, or claims provided by the client, the client agrees to protect CrownCedar Studio from resulting losses, claims, damages, costs, legal fees, or expenses.
4.9 Portfolio Display#

5.5 Timeline#
CrownCedar Studio will aim to provide the first version within 48 hours after:
- deposit is paid;
- project is confirmed;
- scope is clear;
- all required materials are received.
This is the first version only, not necessarily the final website or deployment.
Client delays automatically extend the timeline.
5.6 Revisions#
The included revision rounds are:
- Basic: 3 revision rounds.
- Standard: 5 revision rounds.

A revision round means one collected batch of reasonable edits.
Major changes, new pages, new features, full redesigns, or changes outside the original scope may require additional payment.
5.7 Final Payment and Deployment#
Final payment is due after the website is completed according to the agreed scope, or as close as reasonably possible based on the client’s remaining revision rights, and before deployment, transfer, launch, or final handover.
CrownCedar Studio will not be required to deploy, transfer, publish, or hand over final files until full payment is received.
5.8 Hosting and Domain#
The client is responsible for paying for and maintaining domain names, hosting, email services, and third-party subscriptions.
CrownCedar Studio may advise the client on what to purchase, but the client is responsible for the cost, ownership, renewal, and account access unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.9 Portfolio Permission#
After deployment, CrownCedar Studio may showcase the completed website in its portfolio, website, social media, proposals, or marketing materials.
If the client does not want the website shown, the client must request this in writing.
5.10 No Guaranteed Results#
The client understands that CrownCedar Studio does not guarantee SEO ranking, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, conversions, business growth, customer trust, or advertising results.
5.11 Intellectual Property#
Until full payment is received, all work remains owned by CrownCedar Studio.
After full payment, the client receives ownership or usage rights to the final website deliverables created specifically for the client, subject to third-party licenses and CrownCedar Studio’s retained rights in reusable code, templates, methods, and systems.
5.12 Cancellation#
If the client cancels after work begins, deposits and payments already made are non-refundable unless CrownCedar Studio decides otherwise in writing or mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
If CrownCedar Studio cancels before work begins and cannot provide the service, the deposit may be refunded.
